The BioDynamic Dairy
Ron and Bev Smith are dairy farmers at “Orana” , Fish Creek in Gippsland, Victoria. For the last 30 years and more they have worked hard to turn a challenging tract of land into a profitable biodynamic dairy farm.
While raising 11 children they have applied the rules of nature to farm at first organically and now biodynamically.
At the beginning Ron was like any other conventional farmer using an array of chemical fertilisers until they took toll on his health. How lucky he was as this challenge to his health forced him to seek ways to farm without relying on the accepted practice of relying on chemicals.
It supports our drive at Farming Secrets that all farmers seek ways for more sustainable farming for the benefit of all. Ask for our Free “Starter Tool Kit” by going to: http://www.farmingsecrets.com/ to find out more.
